  • What if I need specific accommodations for myself or someone in my group?

    Email info@travelingwithj3.com to discuss any accommodations (terrain, mobility, sensory, language, etc).

  • What if there's bad weather?

    For unsafe weather, we’ll pivot to covered locations, a studio option (if available), or reschedule for free.

  • What if I need to reschedule or cancel

    Reschedule: Free reschedule within 7 days of booking; $150 rebooking fee 8+ days after booking.

    Cancellation: 100% refund within 23 hours of booking; 50% refund up to 7 days after booking; no refund after 8 days.

  • Are there any extra fees or costs with photography sessions?

    Distance/Travel: Additional charges may apply if locations are more than 15 miles apart.

    Extended Time: Need a little more? You can extend in 30-minute blocks (subject to availability).

    Permits/Entry: Client is responsible for any location permits or entry fees.

    Peak/Holiday: Peak dates may incur a surcharge.

  • When will I get my pictures?

    Digital Gallery: within 5 - 7 days

    Printed Picture Packages: within 10 - 14 business days**

  • Can I bring someone to my photography session that isn't going to be in any pictures?

    Yes, unless you have a group session for 12 people, you can bring up to 2 unpictured guests. Please contact info@travelingwithj3.com to make arrangements at least 72 hours before your session.
